What, I asked myself, would happen if a word was materially present amongst other things, and simultaneously affecting the relationships within the scene due to its meaning? And, additionally, what would happen if the other players in the scene, by their spatial positioning behind or in front of the word's letters, changed how the word appeared to the viewer and thus, by changing the word, created another set of conditions for the signification of the new word to play out? Add some mirrors (to literally perform language's 'mirroring' of the world) that reflect a part of a word, and in reversing letters make new words, and therefore reveal yet another incident of word signification effects, and...
